I have to commend Bates Air and Heat for the awesome job they just completed. When they came to do my maintence earlier this year they discovered that my old system was slowly leaking. They offered to fix. They did not push for us to get a new system. However, we already knew we were on the verge of needing a new system from someone else who used to work on it. We decided to go ahead and go for the new one instead of spending money on the old one. They completed redid what we had with a much nicer and efficient one. Ducts and all. We cannot express how what a great job they did. We are so impressed with the ideas he came up with. They did the job quickly, and actually finished up early. He has the best employees who know their job and are extremely good at doing it. When they powered up the new system we could not hear it at all. The old one we had to play with our tv remote and turn up volumn and turn down depending if it was running. This new one and the way they redid the input and output of airflow in the house is amazing. We cannot hear this one running at all. I slept really good last night. We highly recomment using Bates for any air and heating issues you might have. You cannot go wrong. Stephen is an honest person and does not try to get you to spend unneccessary funds just to make money. He goes over different options so you can decide what you want. NO pushing sales stuff. We are extremely satisfied and will never use any one else but Bates for our air and heating needs. Thank you Bates for a job well done. Once again, another satisfied customer. 5 stars.

When we first moved into our house, we could immediately tell there was a huge difference in temperature from one room to another. Bates Air and Heat came by and adjusted the AC system, vents and duct work, and now its perfect. It was such a minimal charge and they were extremely professional and polite. I wouldn't use anyone else!
