I hate to write a negative review, but unfortunately this clean was very disappointing. I hired a+c to do a clean right before new renters were moving in. I received multiple complaints both from my leasing agent and the new renters’ agent about the state of the home. The main complaints were that the floors weren’t clean (hadn’t even been swept) and that the kitchen, baseboards, and blinds were all still super dirty. I reached out to a+c and requested that they come back, even offering them more money in case baseboards & blinds hadn’t been included in their initial price. I was told that they couldn’t return until the following week and given a lot of pushback on my claims. Unfortunately I was forced to pay them in full, and had to hire someone else to come and finish the clean.
