Introduction
I have 30 years of experience in the nutrition and wellness field. I began my career working as a Registered Dietitian in clinical settings. While I enjoyed being part of the medical team and working with patients, I realized that something was missing. In 2008, I began my health and wellness practice using a holistic approach. I found that helping my clients achieve their goals, whether they be related to nutrition , stress management, spiritual, sleep or in mental health was so important to me.
I am empathetic, patient and an excellent listener. We will discuss your goals and create a wellness plan that fits into your lifestyle. I believe each client is unique and we will tailor a plan specifically for you.
