- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical service call usually is 2 men and a stocked truck for a minimum of $80 for the first hour and it's forty dollars per half hour after the initial visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet the customer and get as much info as possible before visiting the site. I listen and then I assess what I see and usually start right then and there doing the repair or install . When I am done I walk the customer thru the job and then I present the bill for the work completed and ask the customer if I have met all their needs . I thank them and ask them to refer a friend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continued education every year to stay updated with new technology and current rules and regulations. I have paid many times in the past 35 years for all my employees to get educated on new equipment , pump schools, timer and vfd classes to make them more knowledgeable to benefit themselves and my customers..
