Really nice guy, could recognize the screws we had for our tv wall mount were too short and he came with larger ones to really secure it on the wall safely as we have a toddler that plays around it so it made us feel safer!

I had a tech named Jay and he is brilliant! Very knowledgeable, and efficient. He mounted 3 large TV's, programed them and walked me through the new operating systems. I will use them again to install security cameras and surround sound systems!
