- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the work that needs to be done. It normally includes labor and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the customer on the phone, determine whether I can help that person, set up a time to view the work that needs to be done. Ask questions and try to get a feel for what my customers are looking for. Then I try to get an Estimate back to my customers within a day or two at the most.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business since I was a teenager. I have a Jessica's Lumsford Badge, and Osha Card, and I am Workman's Comp Exempt. I am licensed and insured.
