- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a Commercial Realtor for the last 18 years and I have played in bands on the side for 15 years. The most recent is "Anthology", Beatles Tribute. After starting Anthology, I was disabled in an Auto accident and after several surgeries I was forced to work from home but thank God, I was still able to continue playing and teaching. Now, Teaching has become the most important and rewarding part of my life. I'm gaining students now and enjoying this new part of my life immensely.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The majority of guitar teachers have a descent understanding of guitar and how they work. Take your time and investigate your teacher. You want someone that is knowledgeable but also motivated to teach you and motivate you to grow as a musician.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I truly care about my students and their growth as musicians . It's more important to me to share my gift of music than it is to be paid .
