- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bookkeeping Services: $125 per month, for businesses with monthly expenses under $5k. $175 per month, for businesses with monthly expenses under $10k. $210 per month, for businesses with monthly expenses under $20k. $320 per month, for businesses with monthly expenses under $50k. $430 per month, for businesses with monthly expenses under $100k. Taxes: Start at $150, see our pricing list ( www.skfinancial.com/pdfskfinancial/taxprepPricing.pdf ) Payroll: 10 Employees: $75/month (no hidden fees) ($5 per additional employee). We use the Intuit payroll service system. Over 1 million small businesses use Intuit payroll service. Being a QuickBooks Pro Advisor we can offer you Intuit wholesale payroll prices. If you get the same payroll services directly from Intuit, you will pay: $99 per month plus $2 per employee. So for 10 employees it will be $99 + $20 = $119. With us, you get the same service for $75 per month, plus it is done by a CPA firm. That is a saving of $44 per month or $528 per year.

Every year I take my employees to the latest tax seminar so we are always up to date with the latest tax laws.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Through out the year the most common types of jobs I perform for my clients are bookkeeping services, that include back work reconciliation, as well as payroll. During season (January-April), its all about taxes.
