- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined after the initial consultation with the potential client. I always offer fair, reasonable, and upfront pricing determined on the scope of work and time that is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial consultation I listen to the needs, issues, and concerns that the potential client is communicating and will also ask questions to help determine the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Central Washington University with two Bachelor's Degrees; Accounting and Business Administration. I hold two active Certified Public Accountant licenses; Florida and Washington and state. I have 15 years of experience working in public CPA firms and corporate accounting. I am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.
