There was a mixup with my appointment (water heater) at 4pm; the company called me to say they had a last minute cancellation and someone would be on their way. I mistakenly thought the appointment I made was automatically cancelled. Arber contacted me as per my original appointment time and even after driving 2 hours to find out it had been fixed already he was gracious and kind! That says a lot about him and the company! I’ll be using you guys again. :)

The guys were professional and men of their word. They were prompt and used the time wisely and effectively. The pictures below are before (the ruptured pipe and old worn out valve) and after (repaired and renewed equipment).
