My heating element on my dryer went out. Alex was quick to respond and was able to come out the next day. He was very professional and explained my issue and what he would do to fix it. He had the heating element with him and was able to complete my repair in one visit. Very quick, efficient, and thorough. I will definitely reach out to him again for any appliance repair I have in the future.
