My husband and I were pleased with Alexs work integrity. He called back promptly and was able to checked our rental property washing machine quickly. He diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the needed parts and returned to fix the machine right away. The repair time was excellent - he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am so happy we found Raptor Appliance. I had a problem with an appliance vendor who refused to disconnect old appliances. Raptor was here in 45 minutes and did the job. I then had another issue where they would not install the dishwasher. I called him again and he was here in less than an hour to do the job. He has a great personality and I get the impression that hes very knowledgeable and honest and is very professional and proud of what he does. . I would definitely recommend Raptor Appliance Repair 100%. Thanks Alex for making this nightmare a reality! lol!

Very quick, prompt response. Professional appearance. Diagnosis the issue and ordered the parts needed. Being a Friday it would be Monday or Tuesday for the parts arrive. Received a phone call on Monday late in the afternoon and asked if he could stop by to install parts . Really appreciate the super customer focused service and not tying up the appliance any longer than necessary. He quickly installed the parts and prior to that explained and showed the defective parts and the cause. Very satisfied and highly recommend Raptor Appliance repair. Job well done!!
