- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $50, which covers the trip and full diagnostic of your appliance. If you choose to proceed with the repair, that fee goes toward the total cost. We also offer special savings: $25 off labor for military families 🇺🇸 $25 off labor for seniors 👵👴 $25 off labor for first-time customers 🎉 No hidden fees — all pricing is explained upfront before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by asking a few quick questions about the appliance issue so we can understand the problem. From there, we schedule a convenient appointment and confirm the $59 service call/diagnostic fee. At the visit, our technician inspects the appliance, explains the diagnosis in plain language, and provides a clear estimate before starting any repair. If you approve, the repair is completed on the spot whenever possible. We also make sure to go over any maintenance tips and answer questions before wrapping up. Our goal is a smooth, stress-free experience from first call to finished repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are EPA-certified to safely handle refrigerants and complete factory training on major appliance brands. Combined with years of hands-on repair experience, this ensures we can accurately diagnose and repair everything from refrigerators and ovens to washers, dryers, and more.
