Patrick was great and made the best of a very tricky installation that involved a broken pipe, and hose that wasn't switched off. His quick thinking saved the day. His prices were reasonable, and he is quite a personable person. We will definitely call him for our appliance needs.

Diagnosed the (very silly) problem and offered advice about an unrelated appliance. In and out in twenty minutes and hopefully my dryer will perform as well as Patrick thinks it will! Much better than having to purchase a new unit and I will definitely keep Think Appliance Repair in my contacts next time something breaks or I can't figure out how to use it! Thank you!!!

Patrick (and Zack) showed up within 30 minutes or so of us talking. He and his nephew were knowledgeable, polite and informative. I will use them again when I have any appliance/AC issues. I will also not hesitate to recommend them!

I had a portable generator that wouldn't start... and with Irma coming urgency was vital. Contacted a dozen or more repairmen and only Patrick responded quickly and came out promptly next day. He got it fired up & running in a quick period of time, cleaned up work area & was professional - would highly recommend.
