The business is rooted in both my six years of culinary experience and my genuine love for creating delicious food, drinks, and desserts for the people I care about most. I had the pleasure of working with Makaila for my wedding, not only did the food and desserts come out absolutely amazing and leaving people wanting more but her work ethic and her kindness are truly what won us over. Wedding planning can be so stressful however, the one part I can say with confidence that had me feeling at ease was catering with her as she made everything so easy and was very honest and open throughout the entire process. She genuinely tries to look for what will work best for you while staying close to your vision for your event. I can’t express my thanks enough. And pleaseeee try the tres leches! :)

Hands down the BEST decision we made for our work event — Kaila’s Kitchen & Cocktails and Confections was a game-changer.
We recently hired Kaila for a large office event, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the first conversation, she was professional, organized, and actually listened to what we needed. But what really stood out was how much passion and care she puts into every single detail.
The food? Absolutely incredible. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — not your average catered meal. The sliders, pasta, and desserts were a huge hit.
