Joe and his team came out after we had ongoing issues with a new HVAC system that was installed by another company. They have been taking care of warranty-related issues and correcting problems from the original installation. Their sense of ownership, troubleshooting ability, and commitment to doing the job right have been a breath of fresh air.Joe came highly recommended, and I understand why. My pricing is reasonable and most cases best value. I have low overhead so my clients can get substantial discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to service the problems first while making a documented, thorough investigation for the homeowner to see all options and information to make a proper decision. we work with all makes and models and we specialize installing Inverter and High efficiency ac. We also offer Solar and Roofing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A machine toolmaker and welder since High School. Shortly after I decided to Invest in a career in HVAC. From Illinois we are familiar with Natural gas and propane appliances. Ac and Heat pumps are specialty and We focus on helping the homeowner get the best comfort and efficiency for their dollar.
