There are few. Honest, hardworking and very knowledgeable a/c technicians that give you confidence that they will get the job done right at a fair price. Without ripping you off! Tyler is just that. He has a lot of hands on experience. I wished he had installed my new Trane system a couple of yeas ago. As it was a botched job. He corrected a number of problems at no additional costs. I finally found someone who I can trust. There are very few.

They came out and determined it was just the thermostat sensor wire. Entire process was very quick. A bit pricy for a 2 min fix; $85 But I understand everyone needs to make a living. Gave me a quote of $180 to switch out the outside fan blade. I can do it myself as their are 4 screws to take off the grille and one nut on the fan.😀

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free diagnostic with the purchase of repair. And if you found me on Thumbtack I’m currently offering $40 preventative maintenance, which is usually an $85 dollar value with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know all of my customers and their needs. Every person is different and had different needs. I want to know what I can do to individually help out each person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school for HVAC/R. I also and to USF for business administration. I’ve taken many specialty courses related to Air Conditioning from Ice Machines to large Chillers.
