- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free diagnostic with the purchase of repair. And if you found me on Thumbtack I’m currently offering $40 preventative maintenance, which is usually an $85 dollar value with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know all of my customers and their needs. Every person is different and had different needs. I want to know what I can do to individually help out each person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school for HVAC/R. I also and to USF for business administration. I’ve taken many specialty courses related to Air Conditioning from Ice Machines to large Chillers.
