BEST SERVICE SINCE UBER! I reached out to several computer repair services and John responded within minutes. He worked with me to pre-diagnose my PC issue, directed me to an Amazon link for the needed part (so I knew I wouldn’t be upcharged for parts), and coordinated a time to fix my computer at my house!!! If you’ve ever had your PC stuck in a computer repair shop for weeks, you’ll understand what a miracle this is. John communicated the whole time, was punctual, polite, professional- basically all of the qualities that imbue trust from a consumer. When he arrived, he was quick to take apart my PC, make the necessary repairs, put it back together, AND (this is the coolest part) my birds nest of cords and cables were put back organized and neatly clipped together as if I hired him to do just that. My fiance and I loved John’s work so much, we’re practically looking for stuff to fix or upgrade with our gaming PCs so we can hire him again. The whole experience was effortless and quick; I cannot recommend enough! Thank you, John!!!!
