- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my BS degree from Johnson & Whales University. I also have most certifications of chefs around the globe.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in food service in high school, went to school to become a doctor, and realized I loved food more!.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically make breads and jams for clients in WC. I also provide in home cooking lessons.
