I hired Filipe because I know my way around with tools but I run restaurants. I knew what I wanted and specifically measured everything. He sent pictures of what he'd done like it. Told me a price to do the same, had it done the next morning and stuck to the price quoted! His work was spot on! Use him without question. He's an honest, quick and experienced carpenter.

FW Home Improvement put up a backsplash in my kitchen. They were on time, quoted a fair price and did an excellent installation. They took a great deal of pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

Felipe did a great job building my shed. He worked very hard, efficiently and his prices were terrific as well. Overall about as perfect an experience as I've had with a contractor. Would highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give an estimate depending on the hours it will take me to do the job, then I estimate the price by the materials
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them a phone call to find out what exactly they need, then i meet up with them and take a look of what and how do they want me to get it done, and most of the time i tried to give them a quote right away if not by the next day the latest!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would consider my own training, i have worked for several companies down the road and they all have the doors open for me if i ever decide to work with them again, I'm always considered a experienced worker, even though i didnt go to school for it I've learned by myself and by listening to my boss always!
