- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consult & Plan We start with a simple consultation to understand your goals, space, and timeline. Then we schedule an on‑site visit, inspect surfaces, discuss colors and finishes, and provide a clear, upfront quote so you know exactly what to expect. 2. Prep & Protect Before we paint, we carefully prepare every surface. We clean, sand, patch cracks or holes, caulk gaps, and prime as needed. We also protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas so your space stays clean and safe throughout the project. 3. Paint & Deliver Our team applies paint with precision—using the right tools and techniques for walls, trim, cabinets, and exteriors. After the final coat, we do a quality check, clean up our work area, and make sure you’re happy with the finished result before we leave.
