FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not complicated but I am going to give some pricing scenarios to demonstrate the need for my services: 1) Issue: you have purchased over $100.00 of make up and do not use more than 30% of them Solution: You'll learn to create an easy way to separate the 'looks' that will allow you organize those everyday items/products you love and store or put away those products which are simply 'glitz and gloss' and used less frequently, only occassionally 2) Issue: you have one question that you'd like answered about creating a signature look for work or evening solution: in 2 sessions I show you both day /nite looks 3) Issue: you want to purchase more make up, but don't know where to shop or what to buy solution: we visit either your favorite department store or one that I recommend and we find 2 looks and generally spend under $100.00 for these items The answer to the 3 situations above all cost the client one visit fee of $45.00 I have more elaborate packages that can include a visit to the store then back to the clients home or studio where they're being photographed for a headshot, prom pic, sweet 16, quinceanera or pre-wedding shot - those visits have ranged from $45-125.00 I am very reasonable and work with ALL budgets - even pro-bono work if I know in advance of the situation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief conversation on the phone as to the time frame and the desired outcome. We make a plan to me there meet at a mutually agreed-upon store for the purchase of new items or I come to their home or office and review their items and then we do a trial *(highly recommended) or schedule a time to come for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pay attention to trends and I apply "real life" to all situations!!
