- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the details of each project and what the customer wants to achieve. Every job is different, so the final cost is based on the materials, design, and labor required. I always provide a clear and fair estimate after reviewing the project to make sure the customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, my first step is to understand their vision and needs for the project. I usually start by asking for photos or scheduling a visit to take measurements and discuss details in person. After that, I provide an accurate estimate and timeline. Once the customer approves the quote, I make sure to keep clear communication throughout the process, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail until the project is fully completed and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 22 years of experience in the field. I studied Fine Carpentry and Assembly at SENA in Colombia, as well as a technical program in drywall finishing and ceiling design. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in detailed finishes, custom designs, and high-quality installations.
