JMH Homes, LLC's reply
Yes. Angie is correct. We have been in construction for many years and have seen it all. One being, we didn't believe she would be financially capable of fulfilling her side of the contract. Our conversation shed light on a few things. We do hope you were able to get your situation resolved. Thank you! 🙂

The work I contracted for was granite counter tops, and was completed satisfactorily. However, when I asked for a follow-on bid for a bathroom renovation, I received a letter from JMH stating that we were too hard to work with (I the customer wanted things done to my standards), and asked for things that were outside the initial scope. JMH claimed to have lost money on our job, yet he gladly accepted my counter bid. Poor planning/accounting on his part I guess, equates to customer blame. In the future, I’ll stick to hiring renovation experts and stay away from so called house flippers.

JMH Homes, LLC's reply
I’m Jay Harris with JMH Homes, LLC (JMH). I am the executive final hand on all business decisions for JMH. From an emotional standpoint, I can understand why Winn felt a 3-star rating was fitting, but from a logical stance, that rating falls short. I declined to work with him for a myriad of reasons, because no matter what contractor he chose to hire, they all would have had problems with his business. We take pride in our work and making sure clients are satisfied as much as possible, but not every client is a fit. And that’s okay. I welcome any potential client to physically visit any of our projects that we have in progress, and past projects if possible. You can see firsthand the homes we build from the ground up and make decisions for yourself. Please visit our website! 😊
