We are a Florida state licensed, Certified General & Residential Contractor. We offer full residential rehabs, as well as build new construction homes throughout the Tampa Bay area. We handle everything from managing the entire project, including permitting, subcontractors, inspections, and collaborating with architects/engineers. We have rehabbed over 120 homes since 2015 and build homes for our own investments. Our work is impeccable; we have great subcontractors and the finished product is always high quality. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is competitive and fair. Everyone has a family to feed, and girlfriends who have habits. 😃. Insert sense of humor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process is an initial phone call, then a face to face meeting to get details of their needs, as well as to get a feel for each other. Not every customer/client is a fit for us, and vice versa. Personalities and expectations have to match for a successful project to come about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold 3 degrees in business from the University of Missouri, and hold a state license as a Certified Residential Contractor. I have supervised over 120 projects and have great, highly knowledgeable, and skilled subcontractors.
