I struggled on whether to give Eduardo’s company a 2 or 3 star rating. The performance was really mixed. A summary follows:
- Drywall work: overall, very, very good; the texture work was quite poor in spots, a condition not spotted because of absent or inadequate QC, but this was promptly addressed once pointed out
-Paint: quite good in this area
-Baseboards: very good in this area
-interior doors; fair, but poor on fit/finish on component installation and precision, again not caught because there’s no QC
-door trim: mostly excellent except one spot that was not cut long enough and there was too large a gap between the door trim and the floor (which should be flush); this was pointed out at least 3 times, never got addressed
-tile: excellent; grout: fair, and again, multiple rounds to remedy some of the sloppiness which never wowed, just reached the minimal acceptable
-outside doors: poor job; the one set they did does not close cleanly; the other, he gave us a bid on, we accepted and he said he would order and have delivered to our house; but that never happened and he has been ghosting us for weeks through every available communicstions channel. Now we sit out of luck having to start that process all over, weeks behind where we should be.
Communication is poor, I would not use again.
