- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are extremely fair. After 5 hours of work customers are billed for the day. Labor rates change on jobs needing more than one man. I always share with the customer the best pricing option for their project. All in all, the best pricing structure for every job is not hourly. I charge a minimum of 2 hours for every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with a free assessment of what the customer wants to accomplish followed by an estimate within 24-48 hours of the visit. It is important for me to ask questions and to provide feedback whenever necessary. My goal is to give each customer even more than what he/she/ze was looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended school for construction management for a year. I’ve also been doing things around the house for a very long time.
