Ruben was exceptional from start to finish. He arrived on time, fully prepared with every tool he needed, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He installed one of my toilets quickly and thoroughly explained why the second one couldn’t be installed due to sizing issues. His guidance on what questions to ask when ordering the correct replacement was extremely helpful. Ruben also installed an outdoor pendant light and, when he ran into an unexpected challenge, he immediately offered solutions and even went to Lowe’s himself to pick up the part needed to complete the job. One of my chandeliers didn’t arrive in time, and he kindly offered to return on a Sunday to install it. I also asked about installing a ceiling fan in a loft with no existing electrical wiring. Ruben walked me through the process clearly and professionally. On top of all that, he was personable, respectful, and even helped my father lift a heavy china cabinet. His pricing is reasonable, his work is excellent, and his integrity is evident in every interaction. Ruben will be my go‑to handyman moving forward, and I highly recommend him for any home project. Ruben did an excellent job of removing a commode, sink and vanity from my powder room. He then placed a vintage commode and pedestal sink without any directions. The pieces needed to be fit to current standards and so it took him I think about twice as long to accomplish the job than he had figured. But he never complained, he whistled and sang while he did his work. We did have to use the translation app on his phone to communicate since I do not speak any Spanish. I recommend him not only based on his workmanship, but also his personality.
