We had a number of things we needed done around the house - installation of ceiling fans, inside and on our porch, switching out some lighting switches, hanging some very heavy mirrors, and shortening a set of french doors.
They responded almost immediately to my inquiry and were at my house within a couple of hours. They worked until after dark and came back the next morning to pick up right where they left off.
Everyone was very professional and nice. All of the work was done well and care was taken to make sure our floors were protected and everything was cleaned up before moving on to the next thing.
We will definitely be contacting them to help us with our next projects.

Originally I hired this contractor to do a larger piece of my project but ran into price disagreement. It was resolved and I’m happy with the drywall work that was done. They do quality work.

VNX General Services did a top-notch job installing my Cali Mute Step vinyl floors. Priscilla is a great project manager. She is professional and communicative. Four pleasant, experienced, and extremely hardworking people showed up on time to begin the job. They removed and discarded old carpeting. They prepared the concrete subfloor with the 6 mil plastic I bought. And they did a beautiful wonderful job of laying my waterproof luxury vinyl planks in a random way. Zanderson oversees everything.VNX supplied the 5 1/4 baseboard. I couldn't be more pleased.

I sincerely hope that I am up to the task of telling you what an amazing job that VNX did on my bathroom remodel! If after reading this, you do not reach out to them for your project, I will have failed miserably.
The quality of the work that was performed was exemplary. No details were missed and EVERYONE who was involved had a fantastic attitude and took great pride in their workmanship; when they were working in my home, it was as if they were working in their own homes.
Early on, I stopped mentioning things that I saw that others (from experience) would have missed, because each time I did Priscilla, my main contact and the best project manager I have ever worked with (and I have worked with 100s in my career) would tell me, "Yep, I know. I saw that" or, if she hadn't seen "it" someone else had reported it to her. I don't want to dwell on this part of the experience because the situations were so few, but I was so impressed by how closely everyone worked together and the high standards of quality to which they held one another.
From Day 1 of this new relationship, Priscilla and Vanderson were like family. They listened to my vision, offered advice, and provided the direction that I needed to make sure that my vision could be realized. Their advice and guidance was invaluable and is something that I have longed for in a construction partner. I think a lot of things, but rarely am I correct when it comes to the implementation. I am so appreciative that they listened to my goal and then helped to make the correct decisions so that things turned out as nicely as they did. Once they understood what I wanted, they worked to make it happen and I just did my best to stay out of their way!
I have lived in South Florida for 6 years; before that I was in St Petersburg. Originally from the Midwest, I have become so jaded to the idea of finding someone with my father's work ethic. An ethic that decrees that "if it's worth doing, it's doing right". Priscilla, Vanderson, and their crew all ascribe to that work ethic.
Now that I have found them, I fully intend to keep these folks busy with some additional projects. Next on the agenda will be removing the lighting in my dated living room, installing recessed lighting, and building out one of V's beautiful fireplaces. By the time that has been completed, I'm sure I'll come up with more ways to benefit from this amazing team of professionals!
