Found Lance on thumbtack and also performed a Google search. He had the best reviews. Called on Tuesday and had an appointment on Thursday. Most importantly, the report was done the same day. He even worked around my carpet installers. It's was chaos and he didnt miss a beat. He has several payment options which is great. As a business banker I'm impressed by his professionalism and ease to make this a seamless transaction and I've couldn't ask for anything more. He answered all my questions and very knowledgeable.
