John is very professional and knowledgeable about all the components of a tv and accompanying sound system. I have an old system that was installed by a non-professional and therefore I didn't even understand what was and wasn't working. John inspected and assessed the different problems and within a short amount of time, he had completely reorganized and reconnected all the components. The whole system is now perfect. He was very patient with me and explained what he was doing to correct the problem. Thank you, John. I appreciate people who really know their business and treat their customers fairly.

John was very patient with me and explained the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. My main problem was some what corrected and will look to improve it even more , by looking for a better sound bar to fit my system. Thank you John and I appreciate service people who help explain and correct the problem.
