John is very professional and knowledgeable about all the components of a tv and accompanying sound system. I have an old system that was installed by a non-professional and therefore I didn't even understand what was and wasn't working. John inspected and assessed the different problems and within a short amount of time, he had completely reorganized and reconnected all the components. The whole system is now perfect. He was very patient with me and explained what he was doing to correct the problem. Thank you, John. I appreciate people who really know their business and treat their customers fairly.

An internet/electrical outage wiped out my music system which was based on Sonos speakers. Even after spending many hours with Sonos support, there just did not seem to be a remedy. I looked up professionals on Thumbtack. John's expertise seemed right for the project. He really brought a lot of knowledge to getting the systems up and working again, plus, introducing me to some new technologies that make it work. So I do recommend him. The audio and visual systems today are pretty complex.

My main problem was some what corrected and will look to improve it even more , by looking for a better sound bar to fit my system.
