I could not be more thrilled with the cleaning experience I received from Mrs. Shine! After a year and a half at home with several pets and a young daughter, our house was well lived in and cleaning it was more of a task than I was able to tackle. Mrs. Shine came out promptly to provide an estimate and worked around my schedule and my needs to find the perfect time and day to get the job done. In the past, I have hired services that underestimated the hours required to clean and would leave before the job was done. Mrs. Clean and her team of ladies came out promptly and stayed until the job was done. When they left, the house was as clean as the day we moved in 5 years ago! I can't thank them enough for recovering my house. Roberta, Mrs. Shine's owner, even came out to check the work of her ladies to make sure it was up to standards. That speaks volumes about a service! I highly, highly recommend Mrs. Shine!!

My full experience! Roberta was super friendly and extremely responsive. The lovely ladies were on time extremely polite and started working really fast right away! I got a deep clean and let me say my house is like a new house, the air feels clean house feels lighter and really they went over my expectations. My house got a prestige clean, they cleaned areas that I couldn’t clean they reached places I didn’t think of. Flawless and the consumer service was fantastic. Roberta is extremely considerate her main goal was that my house is prestige clean and I’m 100% satisfied. The team are so friendly and gave me time to do a walk through. I would see them checking things over again. If You want a team that cares about your house like it’s their own, friendly, quick & down to the detail Roberta is the one. Also want to add they arranged things beautifully which I really appreciated. Now I’m loyal thank you Roberta

I needed to clean my college dorm because that is something I have always struggled with. Roberta and her team were very hospitable and did a great job. My room was smelling great after their deep cleaning! I am beyond grateful for the effort they all put into getting their job done!
