Our Pricing Details: We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing based on the size of the property and the type of cleaning requested. All quotes are personalized after a quick consultation to understand your needs. No hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and discounts. For example, we’re currently offering 25% off your first cleaning with the code Mom1111 (valid through May 30). Payment is due after each service. For regular clients, we can set up bi-weekly billing reminders. We do not charge extra for using eco-friendly products — it’s part of our standard service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process with New Customers: Initial Contact: We respond quickly to your message to learn what type of cleaning you need and the size of your home or apartment. Custom Quote: Based on your needs, we provide a personalized quote—no hidden fees. Scheduling: We agree on a convenient date and time for your cleaning service. First Cleaning: We arrive on time and perform a thorough, high-quality cleaning using eco-friendly products. Follow-Up: After the service, we check in to ensure your satisfaction and offer options for ongoing cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Bonus: You’ll always be working directly with me—I don’t send employees. I personally take care of each cleaning to ensure consistent, reliable service.
