- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. The first conversation is about understanding you, your space, your goals, and how you want it to feel, not about selling or overpromising. From there, we assess the project carefully, highlighting what matters most and exploring practical, thoughtful solutions. Together, we outline a clear plan with steps, timelines, and decisions laid out so nothing is left uncertain. Throughout the project, communication is calm, consistent, and intentional. We check in, provide guidance, and handle the details quietly so you can watch your space evolve without stress or guesswork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation comes from creating NY interior design program and over 20 years of hands-on experience refining layouts, finishes, and flow, from small design refreshes to design-forward remodeling projects. I specialize in bringing clarity, cohesion, and refinement to every project. Each home, each update, is guided by an eye for detail and a respect for quiet restraint, so the result is beautiful, intentional, and within reach.
