Very happy with my experience! Nestor (GC) quickly responded to my initial query. After we agreed an onsite consult would be beneficial, he came to the property, provided an estimate that aligned with our e-discussion via the app, and the repairs (ceiling, plaster) were completed less than 24 hours later. He made what I thought was a challenging issue, a quick and easy repair! Estimate seemed fair compared to an estimate from another GC. Victor, who completed the repair, was more than on time!, very friendly, protected my furniture and flooring, and thoroughly cleaned up.. all I had to do was move furniture back in place. Much appreciated!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Once we understand your goals, we schedule a visit (or review photos/videos if remote) to assess the scope. Then we provide a detailed estimate and walk you through the steps so you know exactly what to expect, from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in project management. But beyond that, I’ve built this business through hands-on experience, creativity, and commitment to excellence. I’m also constantly learning to stay ahead and keep improving.
