We offer a 10% senior citizen discount to anyone 65 and over, and 15% military and public service workers discount, and we thank you for your service.

THE MATERIALS COST ARE INCLUDED INSIDE ALL PRICING.
1-ceiling $200 1-coat white
1-room walls $300 2-coats
1-all accent walls $150 for 2-coats $100 ea. coat after
1-room baseboards & doorframes $200 2-coats white color
1-each door $75 2-coats white color
1-closets $125 2-coats 3' X 5'
1-rooms larger than 9X12 is extra $150-$200
1- closet larger than 3' X 5' will be charged as a room or 2 closets
2-THESE INTERIOR PRICES include MATERIALS COST.
3-Exterior paint jobs are $2.75 a square foot, material included.
Drywall Prices are as follows:
$2.-$3.00 Per sq ft to Skim-coat Walls and Ceilings
$250-$400 each texture & Drywall repair
$125 each small area hole repairs
Drywall tape each board $40 Drywall Finish each board $40
All Prices are Negotiable depending on circumstances.
WALL TEXTURE-
Orange Peel Cost-per 1,000 sq ft -$1.25-$2.00 a sq ft-
Small jobs small patch or one area on wall $350-$650
Half day texture job $600-$900
Full Day texture job $950-$1,900+
Example pricing:1,000 sq ft of ceilings knockdown-cost $1,750-$2,700
2,000 sq ft of walls orange peel-cost $2,500-$3,500
Some Knockdown Ceilings are in the range of $2.50-$3.50per sq ft.
Orange peel walls are in the range of $1.75-$2.50per sq ft.
These prices are reflecting of the projects complexity and finish quality.
