- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very fair, we most likely go beyond expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually get their address and look at google maps ( if we can’t personally give an estimate) . We ask if they are interested in the basic or premium services. According to the size and number of plants and palms, we will quote the monthly services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained on all types of lawns in Florida and how to properly care for them.
