- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
free 30 min-1 hour visit in my home where the dogs meet, we meet and then you're welcome you go off to have lunch or enjoy a pedicure or attend a business meeting while your dog stays in the comfort of my home, complimentary trial
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a new dog intake form that answers what your dog prefers with regard to eating and sleeping etc . There is a mandatory shot and immunization list and also proof of flea and tick prevention/protection as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in many classes at the dog training at Petsmart and watch a lot of YouTube
