- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I can remember, Ive enjoyed music! As a young child I taught myself piano until I was able to take lessons. And when it came time to choose a career, I chose to study my hobby. In 2007, I graduated with a degree in Piano Pedagogy and went on for a Masters degree in Elementary Education.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach several different types of classes. I teach Music for Little Mozarts for my preschoolers. I also teach children through adults. The classes range from 15 minutes to 1 hour.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Unfortunately, teachers and students do not always work well together. I always recommend a free trial lesson in order to verify that the teacher will work well with the student.
