Great experience with install for exterior door. Framing was a little more complicated than normal replacement but they figured it out! Before picture half moon window. After picture has square window & finished moulding.

My boyfriend and I rage quit setting up some furniture in the middle of doing it and hired local pro, and we are so happy we did. it saved us what would have been probably 10 hours of work because we are slow and cant read directions well, was two hours of efficient work for the handymen. 10/10 recommend!

Very impressed with not only the end result, but their work ethic on a whole. I have a large driveway that desperately needed pressure cleaning.
The attention they gave to its detail, as well as a great deal of time, was not sacrificed.
Professional, prompt, and it is obvious they take pride in their work.

The team punctually showed up on time. However we are not happy with the work they did. We are trying to install a garage door opener from chamberlain and we needed help with the handyman. Took 4+ hours for the installation but not able to finish the programming of the remote. Details below.
Issue 1: They opened up the package and quickly started to complain that there is a part missing. I have to quickly run to the home depot and then realized they were looking at the wrong instructions. Have to point them to the right one. That was an unnecessary trip all the way to Home depot.
Issue 2: After the installation is all done, the team was mentioning something is wrong with the wiring and they were not able to program it. They were so confident that something was wrong with the unit itself and we had to let them go after 4 hours as they are charged by the hour.
Immediately after they left we reached out to the Chamberlain customer service and only then we have known that they were not able to successfully program it. Luckily my agent was there at the location , quickly got on call with chamberlain and finally got our remotes working. Chamberlain confirmed that the unit is waiting to be programmed when they left.
I gave a 3 star for two things. They are Punctual, charged us for 3 hours though they spent time for about 4 hours to have the unit successfully installed.
Overall, they could have done much better .
