There are no surprise fees — I tell you everything upfront. I also offer discounts when customers combine services like house wash + driveway cleaning, and I provide loyalty pricing for returning clients. My goal is to give high-quality service at a fair price.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“When I work with a new customer at SHELKOV Pressure Washer, I start by gathering information about the surfaces they want cleaned. I often ask for photos so I can give an accurate and honest estimate. I then explain what methods I’ll use and why — soft wash, pressure wash, or surface cleaning. On the service day, I arrive on time, walk the property with the customer, and confirm the plan. After completing the work, I show the results, answer questions, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before I leave.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“I’ve invested in training for soft-washing, pressure washing, and safe chemical use, along with equipment handling and property protection. Through SHELKOV Pressure Washer I continue improving my skills by learning the latest cleaning methods and industry standards. My experience with different surfaces — siding, concrete, pavers, roofs — allows me to deliver clean, safe, and professional results every time.”
