I had entered the STR business during a time of economic uncertainty and a big decline in rental bookings and realized quickly I was in over my head. After interviewing many property managers, I was very lucky to find Owen and James who had helped me to turn my property around! They are exceptional at analyzing the market and have many strategies and tricks up their sleeves to maintain bookings. From the first day, they acted as my business partners, setting a goal and strategy to ensure we have the best chance of success. They went so far as to help me decorate and theme several rooms of the house with designs that have made jaws drop. In only the first couple of months, we're maintaining almost back-to-back bookings with glowing reviews. I'd absolutely recommend James and Owen if you want property managers who won't simply throw your property up on a website and collect their cut but treat your business as if it were their own.

In 2020 I had 4 properties that my wife and I had been managing and we ended up moving back up North to help our parents as they are older. So we decided to hire a property management company. We charge anywhere between 15-20% of monthly revenue for our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would get on a zoom call or a do a local meet up if you are in the area to get to know each other first. Want to make sure we are a good fit for each other. Once this phase is complete we would then handle all documents and start managing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing property management for over 6+ years. Working with multi complexes, condos, single family homes, etc.
