Started with hosting our own properties on BNB/VRBO in 2017 and have moved to management. Our focus is delivering high quality customer service to drive in those 5 star reviews. Our company can provide services and management to make your listings completely passive income for you. You tell us how involved you want us to be. We have an effective system to help run your property with the most care and efficiency. Our rate for complete management is 18% of revenue. I had entered the STR business during a time of economic uncertainty and a big decline in rental bookings and realized quickly I was in over my head. After interviewing many property managers, I was very lucky to find Owen and James who had helped me to turn my property around! They are exceptional at analyzing the market and have many strategies and tricks up their sleeves to maintain bookings. From the first day, they acted as my business partners, setting a goal and strategy to ensure we have the best chance of success. They went so far as to help me decorate and theme several rooms of the house with designs that have made jaws drop. In only the first couple of months, we're maintaining almost back-to-back bookings with glowing reviews. I'd absolutely recommend James and Owen if you want property managers who won't simply throw your property up on a website and collect their cut but treat your business as if it were their own.

Out of state owner. So I desperately needed A) Someone I can count on for help to run and manage my property b) help me get it ready even before I could get it up and running. In 2020 I had 4 properties that my wife and I had been managing and we ended up moving back up North to help our parents as they are older. So we decided to hire a property management company. We were referred 1st Kingdom Rentals by our local realtor and we are so glad we hired them. James and Owen are great at what they do and most of all are very trustworthy people. They have provided outstanding customer service for all my guests and have made this whole experience a pleasure. They provide full services from A to Z so our properties are fully passive now, which is what we needed. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for such services! Working with Owen has been a pleasure, he reached out to me with a rental opportunity for one of my homes in the area and took his time to talk through the proposal with me and answer any questions I may have. Have been working with 1st Kingdom Rentals for just over a year and I absolutely love our experience so far. My wife and I own two properties in Florida and we ended up having to move back up north to help family! They helped us launch our two properties on BNB/VRBO and have had tremendous success.
