- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide exceptional service at a 8% monthly management fee for long term Single Family or Multi Family property. If we market and screen tenant to lease agreement there is a one time 3%-6% startup/listing fee that includes professional photography. Annual $250 administrative fee. (3) Inspections during one year lease included as part of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone/Zoom interview to gather the clients goal. Then will work up a report with expected rents and a profit/loss report expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has over 50 years of real estate and property management experience in it's managing partners and administrative staff.
