- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices is not the cheapest, but we are very competitive, you are paying for 20+ years of hands on roofing experience and knowledge. Our crews have been with us for 10+ years, we know their work and they are highly trained to our quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to respond asap to any messages received, once a good day and time is chosen by the potential client, we schedule an in-person consultation and go over any questions or concerns that the customer may have. If they decide they would like to hire us, a contract is signed and we move onto the next step in ensuring a seamless, thorough job completion is performed. Our goal is to guarantee a customers satisfaction before leaving the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida licensed contractor with over 20 years of experience in all roofing trades. Experience varies from small repairs to big comercial jobs, shingles, metal, tile, flat roofs, large and small leaks.
