FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair priced and competitive with other reputable companies in the area. I’m not going to be the cheapest and I won’t be the highest. I add up material, labor, permits, business expenses, and then figure a fair profit margin to keep business going. I do offer discounts for veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to their house, introduce myself, see what problems they’re having, explain what I can do to solve those problems, educate them on the products I use and the process of installation, go over warranty information, talk about prices and financing options, then hopefully write a contract and figure out when is best to schedule their install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the union in Ohio and went through the apprenticeship training before starting my company. I also was accepted into a fast track med school right out of high school, then switched to engineering, then pre-law and finance, then business economics. So I have a fast array of education in all fields and every one of them help me in running my business today.
