We made the mistake of hiring a cheaper contractor first, and it turned into a complete mess. They basically ruined our bathroom and then disappeared, leaving us stressed and not knowing what to do next.
Maksim came in and completely made it right for us. He showed up when he said he would, kept his promises, and the quality of his work was excellent. You can tell he really cares about doing things properly instead of just rushing through the job.
