Paul was very responsive to my multiple questions through the Thumbtack app. He is very professional and resolved an issue I had that I was not aware of within my new home. I used PCG Securities to mount my TV. Paul did a great job. It was a more difficult job because my walls were older -- I think made of plaster- but he assured me he would figure it out and he did a great job! Thanks
