- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, taking into account all aspects of wallpaper installation. If there's a textured wall, we can provide a tailored quote for that service. Remember, the key to a successful wallpaper outcome lies in the synergy of three elements: a smooth wall, quality wallpaper, and a skilled installer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is essential for us to receive as much information as possible about the condition of the wall where we will be installing the wallpaper, including photos and approximate measurements of the area. However, if the client prefers, we can arrange for one of our installers to inspect the site in person before to hire the project with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best way to excel at what we do is by practicing every day and receiving evaluations from our clients. We've completed over 600 projects in Florida, California, and now in Georgia.
