- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and in line with industry standards, and we always do our best to work with our customers whenever possible. If you’d like to discuss an estimate before booking, we’re happy to have one of our plumbers give you a call to go over everything upfront. We do charge a $39 dispatch fee if you decide not to move forward with the recommended work after the technician arrives. If you approve the work, that fee is waived. No surprises, just honest, straightforward pricing and flexible options to help you make the best choice for your home. As service providers, this service charges us every time someone reaches out to us, even if the job doesn’t move forward. We’re always happy to help and answer questions, but we kindly ask that messages be sent with a genuine intention to book a service. This helps us keep our prices fair and continue providing great service to our customers. Thank you so much for understanding—we truly appreciate it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on providing the best experience possible. We schedule an in-person visit to properly assess the issue. Once we’ve identified the cause, we’ll explain your options, provide upfront pricing, and get your approval before starting any work. Our goal is to make the process transparent, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. That is why we only provide flat-rate pricing for all services, no hourly fees so that there are no surprises.

Owner of the company has over 20 years of hands-on experience serving homeowners and businesses here in Central Florida. Over the years, he has continued to stay up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and safety standards to ensure every job is completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
