- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to assist our customers in every way possible. To ensure accuracy and transparency, we do not provide estimates without an in-person evaluation. A $39 dispatch fee applies for the visit, which will be fully waived if you choose to move forward with the recommended service. We provide flat-rate pricing for all plumbing work. No hourly fees or surprise add-ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on providing the best experience possible. We schedule an in-person visit to properly assess the issue. Once we’ve identified the cause, we’ll explain your options, provide upfront pricing, and get your approval before starting any work. Our goal is to make the process transparent, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. That is why we only provide flat-rate pricing for all services, no hourly fees so that there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead plumber and owner of the company has over 20 years of hands-on experience serving homeowners and businesses here in Central Florida. He has experience in all aspects of plumbing, including leak detection, repiping, water heater installation, sewer camera inspections, and water filtration systems. Over the years, he has continued to stay up to date with the latest plumbing technologies, tools, and safety standards to ensure every job is completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
