- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the convenience of our residential clients, we utilize our user-friendly online portal, offering instant quotes and online booking for most services. Pricing is based on the square-footage of your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once your tech arrives on-site for your appointment, they will conduct a walk around and pre-cleaning checklist with you. Your tech will explain our cleaning protocol and explain the tools being used. Once our expectations are aligned they will start the service. After the cleaning has been completed, your tech will complete a post-service inspection with you to make sure you're fully satisfied with the service received. If there are any spots you want us to touch up on, it will be done right on the spot.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
On the commercial side have worked with big box and small retail stores, and with restaurants and offices. On the residential side, we have worked with smaller single family homes and larger multi-story waterfront houses.
