Attorney McBride always seems to have the answers when no one else does. She makes it easier to breathe at a really hard time in life. Court is the worst but attorneys like her make it better

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Generally, the law offices' clients are offered Hourly Billing, Flat Fees, and Retainers for our practice areas: Divorce and Family Law, Consumer Bankruptcy and Debt Defense, Contracts, and Immigration.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a conflicts check, we will discuss your case in-depth via a telephone or Zoom conference to determine if you have a case, and if the case is a good fit for the law practice. During the initial consultation, we will gather key information, discuss your goals and expectations, and go over the billing process and potential costs. Upon hiring the firm, we will provide clear communication and timely updates about your case.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a law degree, three graduate degrees, and I am licensed in multiple jurisdictions, but Florida is where I've made my home base, and I am committed to serving the South Florida and Treasure Coast communities.
